SHOP POLICIES
Here at Painted Sky Creations we make each item by hand. Here are some frequently asked questions and general policies in place.
1:ORDERS
Orders will take 5-7 days to prepare, plus shipping. They will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Custom orders will take 7-10 days to fulfill, plus shipping. Please keep in mind that these items are handmade and take time to create.
2:SHIPPING
Items will be shipped as soon as possible using the most economical option. Shipping times and prices will vary depending on the size and weight of the item ordered. All items will be shipped with a tracking number. Tracking will be provided once the item is shipped.
3:GIFT SHIPPING
Gift Shipping is available. Please contact me directly to arrange for gift shipping.
Gift wrapping is available for an extra charge on some items. Due to the size of some of the items gift wrap will not be available on all items.
4:RETURNS
Returns will not be accepted on most items. We work very hard to create a description to help you picture what you are getting. Returns will not be accepted if the cleaning instructions are not followed. Unless it is specifically stated, items are not suitable for outside use. The designs will be ruined by water, liquid cleaners, and other liquids. Sealing is available on most items for FREE. You must let me know you want an item sealed.
